Nifty’s 100-Listings-a-Day Limit, Explained (and How to Work With It)

You’re on a roll, listing like a machine, and suddenly things stall out around the hundred mark. That’s not a glitch – it’s a daily listing limit, and once you understand it, you can plan around it instead of fighting it.

Why the limit exists

Marketplaces cap how much you can list and sync in a day to keep things stable and avoid looking spammy. A per-day ceiling (many sellers see it around 100) protects your account from tripping platform limits that could get you flagged.

How to work with it

The trick is to make every one of those daily listings count: prioritize your freshest or best-selling inventory first, spread big uploads across days, and use scheduling so you’re steadily feeding new items instead of dumping 400 at once. Consistency beats bursts.

Bottom line

The ~100/day cap is there to protect your account, not annoy you.
