Depop is one of the trickier platforms to keep connected, and few things are more maddening than trying to link it for the tenth time. If Nifty and Depop just won’t shake hands – or they connect and then drop a day later – here’s how to sort it.
Why it happens
Depop connections are sensitive to a few things: being signed into the wrong Depop account, a VPN or privacy setting getting in the way, an outdated browser, or the login session simply timing out. Any one of those can block the link or quietly break it.
The quick fixes
- Confirm you’re on the right Depop account in the same browser before connecting.
- Turn off any VPN and try again – VPNs trip up the handshake constantly.
- Update your browser or try a different one.
- Reconnect fresh if the session dropped, instead of fighting the old one.
