You sell an item on Poshmark and… it’s still sitting live on eBay, Mercari, and Depop. Now you’re one double-sale away from an angry buyer and a cancelled order. If Nifty isn’t pulling your listings down when they sell, don’t panic – it’s almost always one setting.
Why it happens
Auto-delisting is opt-in. If it was never switched on, Nifty tracks your sales but never actually removes the sold item from your other marketplaces. It’s the most common reason a “sold” item keeps showing up everywhere else.
The quick fix
Go into your Sale Detection settings and make sure auto-delisting is turned on for each platform you sell on. While you’re there, confirm the platform is still connected – a dropped connection quietly stops delisting too. Then test it on your next sale and watch the item vanish from the other apps on its own.
The smarter fix: let AI watch it for you
Settings are step one. The real peace of mind is never having to think about it.
