Nifty ‘Failed to Fetch’ Error? How to Clear It and Get Your Sync Back

Few things kill your listing momentum like opening Nifty to a big “Failed to Fetch” and a resync that just spins. The good news: it’s usually not your account – it’s a hiccup between Nifty and a marketplace, and it clears fast once you know where to look.

Why it happens

“Failed to Fetch” almost always means Nifty reached out to a platform (or your browser blocked the request) and didn’t get a clean answer back. A dropped connection, an outdated browser, a blocking extension, or a marketplace having a moment can all trigger it.

The quick fixes

  1. Refresh and retry – half the time it’s a momentary blip.
  2. Update your browser (and try a different one like Chrome or Firefox) to rule out a blocking setup.
  3. Reconnect the platform that’s failing so Nifty has a fresh, valid session.
  4. Screenshot the error and email hello@nifty.ai – their team is quick and can tell you exactly what tripped.

Bottom line

“Failed to Fetch” is almost always a connection hiccup, not a catastrophe. Refresh, update your browser, reconnect, and if it sticks, email Nifty.
