Poshmark wants buyers to be able to find the sellers who ship fast and send exactly what they listed. So it built a recognition program that gives those sellers more visibility, and lets buyers filter search to show only them.
What the program is
Poshmark announced the program in July and said it would go live in October, giving sellers 90 days to qualify. Sellers who meet the standards get more visibility across the platform, and buyers can filter search results to show listings from qualifying sellers. Sellers at the announcement webinar said it runs alongside Posh Ambassador rather than replacing it.
The requirements
First you need 20 lifetime shipped sales. Then, over a rolling 90-day window, you need:
- At least five shipped orders or $500 in sales
- An average shipping time of two days or less
- A cancellation rate of 2% or lower
- An approved return case rate of 2% or lower
Poshmark has also been moving ship time stats to a 90-day view instead of a lifetime average, so a slow stretch now matters more than it used to.
The catch sellers are worried about
Sellers do not control whether Poshmark approves a return, and many have complained for years about inconsistent decisions. For a lower-volume seller, one approved case can push you over 2% for an entire 90-day window. The minimum sales requirement can also knock out reliable casual sellers during a slow season.
The cost of tracking it by hand
Poshmark shows you some stats, but knowing where you stand before a window closes means tallying order dates, ship dates, cancellations, and cases yourself. Across 1,000 orders a year, at about 30 seconds per order, that is a bit over eight hours. Do it every 90 days to stay ahead and you are past 30 hours a year spent counting.
The smarter fix
Nifty handles my listing, crosslisting, and sale detection, which is the part that keeps cancellations down in the first place. When an item sells somewhere else, it comes down from Poshmark so a second buyer cannot grab it. What Nifty does not do is score your recent orders against a program’s thresholds and warn you which number is slipping. An AI assistant can build that scorecard from your order export, and the brief for it is in the Playbook.

Bottom line
Ship within two days, keep cancellations near zero, and describe items carefully to avoid return cases. The sellers who make the cut get seen first. Do less, earn more.
